Located in the Bow Mar area of Littleton, this mid century modern residence built in 1959 underwent a comprehensive renovation that honors its original architectural spirit while supporting contemporary living. At approximately 4,360 square feet, the home was reimagined with careful attention to scale, geometry, and materiality.
The design celebrates the artistry of the original home through iron ore tones that complement existing red brick and reference the geometry of original features. Custom wall coverings introduce moments of surprise in spaces such as the bathrooms and pantry, while green tile adds contrast and vibrancy.
