Located in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood, this project involved converting an underused garage into a one bedroom apartment designed for short term rental. The intervention focused on maximizing functionality while creating a space that feels refined, comfortable, and welcoming.
Modern touches throughout the interior include sleek fixtures and smart space saving solutions that enhance everyday usability. A mix of vertical textures, smooth surfaces, and white tile establishes a clean and contemporary foundation, while wood accents and brass and copper details introduce warmth and depth.
Every material choice was made to elevate the compact footprint and align with the overall design language of the home. The result is a thoughtfully designed living space that feels efficient, polished, and inviting.
