Located in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood, this 1,005 square foot loft blends industrial character with thoughtful modern design. Built in 2001, the space features soaring ceilings, exposed timber beams, and generous natural light that provided a strong architectural foundation for the renovation.
The design focused on activating every corner of the loft while preserving its innate industrial identity. Existing structural elements were enhanced through carefully selected finishes, bespoke lighting, and curated artwork, turning functional spaces into expressive living areas. A full renovation reimagined the bathroom as a focal point, where concrete finishes and muted grey tones are balanced with warm ambient lighting to achieve a refined yet approachable aesthetic.
Throughout the home, the design maintains a balance between raw and refined. Clean white surfaces enhance the sense of openness, while warm wood floors and stainless steel accents introduce texture and sophistication. The result is a loft that feels both contemporary and deeply personal, designed to support everyday living and creative expression.
